Rest Is Part of the Work. ☀️

This August, we’re practicing what we preach by taking a short restorative pause (from the beach 🌞)

Our calendar is now open for appointments from September 1. Phone consultations remain open during this time.

We look forward to welcoming you back, refreshed and ready for a new season of healing.

About the event

Empty the Cup is the first gathering in Holding the Holder, a new monthly therapist lab hosted by The Integration Room.

Created for therapists, psychologists, and helping professionals, this lab offers a grounded, somatic space to release accumulated emotional load and return to baseline. Through a guided somatic sound bath and nervous system reset, participants are invited to put down what they’ve been holding — without fixing, analyzing, or performing.

This is not supervision or training.

It is a collective reset for the nervous system.

Each month in the Holding the Holder series will explore a different theme related to regulation, repair, boundaries, and sustainability in clinical work. The container remains consistent: confidential, trauma-informed, and intentionally limited to preserve depth and safety.

This first session, Empty the Cup, focuses on burnout recovery and nervous system decompression — offering a clean slate, an exhale, and a return to steadiness.
