We offer trauma-informed therapy, integration support, and personal development sessions for individuals seeking healing, growth, and clarity. Sessions can be held in-person in Amsterdam or online.

2. How do I book a session?
All sessions are booked through our website, our secure booking platform. You’ll need to create a free client account on Headway to view availability, schedule sessions, and manage payments. Book your session here.

3. Do you take insurance?
Not at this time.

4. How much do sessions cost?
Session fees are listed on our booking page and are inclusive of VAT (21%). If you are paying out of pocket, payment is due at the time of booking.

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule directly through your Headway account. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

6. Are online sessions available?
Yes — we offer secure online sessions for clients who cannot attend in person. You’ll need a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable.

7. Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential, with very limited exceptions required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult).

Yes — we welcome both local and international clients. Online sessions are a great option if you live abroad or travel frequently.

Every client’s journey is different. Some find a few sessions helpful for short-term support, while others prefer longer-term therapy to work through deeper patterns. We’ll tailor the process to your needs.

12. How do I prepare for my first online session?
Make sure you have a quiet, private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with camera and microphone. It can help to set aside a few minutes before the session to settle in and ground yourself.
