By booking or attending services with The Integration Room – Amsterdam, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform (Headway).

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have created a Headway account to manage bookings and payments.

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email.
2. Payments
-
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All fees are listed inclusive of VAT @ 21%.

Bookings and payments are processed securely via Headway.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are charged at the full session fee.

Rescheduling can be managed through your Headway account, subject to availability.
4. Confidentiality

All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, child or elder abuse, or court order).

5. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private space for online sessions.

The Integration Room – Amsterdam is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side that may interrupt or prevent a session.
6. Disclaimer

Services provided are for therapeutic and personal development purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services.

If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.
7. Limitation of Liability

The Integration Room – Amsterdam is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
