Children

Our work is creative, somatic, and developmentally attunned.

What Therapy Looks Like Here

 

This isn't traditional talk therapy.

 

Sessions may include:

• Art and creative expression

• Somatic (body-based) regulation techniques

• Gentle movement and grounding

• Developmentally attuned emotional support

 

Because young people don't always have the language — and they don't need it to heal.
