This tier offers focused one-on-one sessions tailored to help you regulate your nervous system, process past trauma, and gently begin integrating somatic awareness. Ideal for those new to trauma-informed care, or looking for a consistent therapeutic anchor. Basic Integration Includes: EMDR (trauma reprocessing) Somatic tools (breathwork, movement, grounding) Intro to psychedelic preparation or aftercare Emotional regulation and inner resource-building When booking this service, please know that scheduling is done with care to make sure your sessions flow smoothly. Because all services are offered by the same practitioner, we want to prevent overlapping appointments across different offerings. This means that once you book and pay for your service, your appointment time will be placed under manual advisement. We will contact you directly to confirm and schedule all sessions in a way that honors both our availability and yours. While we do our best to respect the time you select at booking, final scheduling will always be coordinated together to ensure balance and space for your care.
