Each ceremony begins with a gentle preparation meeting, where we set intentions together and guide you through fasting so your body and mind are ready for the journey. During the ceremony, you are held in a safe space with the support of two experienced healers, guiding you with care, presence, and compassion. Your experience is enriched with: - Somatic practices expand to include guided movement and grounding exercises, helping you embody and release emotions. - Reiki is applied more intentionally, supporting deeper energy shifts and trauma release. - Dr. Berrocal’s specially cultivated music is woven with somatic rhythms to guide you through emotional depths and breakthroughs. Afterward, we offer a loving integration session to support you in bringing your insights into daily life. There is no rush—every ceremony unfolds at its own natural pace, giving you the time and space you need.
