A full-day and night retreat at Somaya Retreat Center near Utrecht, NL, for profound transformation and integration. Each ceremony begins with a gentle preparation meeting, where we set intentions together and guide you through fasting so your body and mind are ready for the journey. During the ceremony, you are held in a safe space with the support of two experienced healers, guiding you with care, presence, and compassion. Your experience is enriched with: - Somatic practices are deeply woven into the experience, including guided movement, body awareness, and breathwork, supporting emotional release and embodiment of insights. - Reiki becomes a central pillar, used throughout the journey to restore balance, align energy, and anchor breakthroughs. - Dr. Berrocal curates a musical journey that flows from evening into morning, using sound to guide you through waves of exploration, rest, and renewal. After the ceremony, you will enjoy Somaya and all it has to offer as a personal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. You will rest and wake up the following morning to a fresh meal. Once your stay has been completed we offer a loving integration session to support you in bringing your insights into daily life.
