Hi, My Name is Eva
(she/her)
Eva is a psychology intern from Ireland with a foundation in clinical psychology, health and medical psychology, and gender and sexuality studies, bringing both academic depth and a quietly attuned presence into the room.
Her work is rooted in the belief that the body holds intelligence, and that healing begins when we learn how to listen to it, rather than override it. She supports clients in regulating their nervous systems, reconnecting to internal signals, and rebuilding trust with themselves from the inside out.
Eva offers a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where clients are met at their own pace, without pressure to perform or “figure it out.” Her approach is integrative and person-centered, gently adapting to each individual while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, attunement, and embodied awareness.
She is a certified practitioner in NeuroSomatic Bilateral Integration (NSBI™), trained under the Berrocal Method™, and incorporates this work to support nervous system regulation, adaptive processing, and deeper mind-body integration.
Eva believes that meaningful change does not come from force, but from being deeply seen, safely held, and supported in reconnecting to one’s own internal world.
