Maybe you've been holding it together for weeks and today, you can't.
Or maybe you simply know that talking to someone would help.

You don't need to be in crisis to walk in.
The Integration Room gives you a place to come as you are, talk with a trauma-informed practitioner, and get support for what you're experiencing right now. No long waiting list. No need to explain everything perfectly.
Just come in. We'll meet you there.

LEAVE WITH A NEXT STEP
No appointment necessary during walk-in hours.
Complete a short, confidential intake.
We'll listen to what's happening and explore what support would be most helpful.
That might mean grounding, practical tools, another session, or continued care.

What Happens in a Walk-In Session?
There is no one-size-fits-all session.
We begin by listening to what's happening and what you need today. From there, your practitioner may use different therapeutic approaches to help you feel more grounded, understand what you're experiencing, and decide what comes next.
Talking through what's happening
Space to speak openly without having to explain everything perfectly.
Grounding & regulation
Practical support to help settle an overwhelmed nervous system.
Body-based support
Gentle somatic techniques to work with what you're experiencing physically as well as emotionally.
Emotional processing
Support making sense of difficult emotions, experiences, or situations.
Practical next steps
Tools, recommendations, or continued support based on what you need.
You don't need to know which approach you need. That's our job. Your job is simply to come in.
Choose the Time You Need.
Walk-in sessions are available in two lengths. You don't need to know exactly what kind of therapy you need before you arrive.
Sessions are paid upon arrival. Receipts are available upon request.
You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.
If today feels heavier than usual, you don't have to wait weeks to talk to someone.
Come as you are. We'll meet you there.
