Return to Frequency: A Shadow Frequencies Experience is a 2-hour immersive workshop designed to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten. Through binaural beats, guided meditation, shadow exploration, nervous system regulation, and an optional legal truffle microdose, participants are invited into a reflective journey of self-awareness, insight, and integration within a safe and supportive space.
