Not peaceful — just distant.
Return to Sensation is a 90-minute restorative yoga experience designed to gently reawaken awareness through safety, slowness, and supported touch.
Taught by Kelly, a trauma-informed yoga practitioner, this workshop centers choice, consent, and nervous-system regulation. Every posture is fully supported with props. Movement is minimal. There is no performance, no pressure, and no expectation to “go deeper.”
