Service Description

Charcoal Confessions is an experiential somatic class that uses charcoal, body mapping, and creative expression as a pathway into the parts of ourselves that words often cannot reach. Through guided prompts, nervous system awareness, and intuitive mark making, participants are invited to explore where past experiences, emotional wounds, tension, and unprocessed stories may still live within the body. Rather than focusing on artistic skill, this experience centers on release, reflection, and reconnection, allowing the body to speak through movement, texture, sensation, and shadow in a way that feels grounding, honest, and deeply human.
